I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The rooms were beautifully maintained and offered stunning views, although I did notice some faint tram sounds occasionally. The hotel really lives up to its reputation of luxury, and the value for money is fantastic! I can't recommend it enough, though the dining options could use a bit more variety.
